Arrival and departure times
- For 2 night stays and up, from September to June, arrival is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm; departure is at noon.
- For 7 night stays, in July and August, arrival is on Friday, between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm; departure is the following Friday at noon.
Payment conditions:
- Once we have received your reservation request, we will send you a rental contract by mail in two copies; you must return us one signed copy with 2 checks, the first one equivalent to 25% of the total amount must be cashable immediately, and the second must be set to clear the rest of your payment 15 days before your arrival.
- For the reservation requests received under 15 days in advance, the full payment must be included with the returned contract.
- For reservation requests received under 7 days in advance, the full payment must be paid in cash or cheque to the person greeting you at your arrival.
- Clients from outside Canada can make their payments by bank wire transfer. Information upon request.
- The rental contract specifies a maximum of 4 persons (adults or children) can sleep in the condos, during the rental period.
We recommend to reserve early if you want to stay during the Holidays, during the summer vacation, during Autumn's colors or while school's out.
