Tourist accommodations classification:
The Villa du Cap Blanc has received, from Tourisme Québec, the highest classification possible for its category, for its superior comfort and his remarquably high quality lodging.

Rental period:
- For a 7 days rental, the rental period starts on Friday at 4:00 pm and ends the following Friday at noon.
- For 2 to 6 days, the rental period starts at 4:00 pm and ends at noon on the departure date.
- The house is non-smoking and animals are not permitted.
- The rental contract specifies that a maximum of 6 people (adults or children) can sleep in the house, during the rental period.
Payment conditions:
- Once we have received your reservation request, we will send you a rental contract by mail in two copies; you must return us one signed copy with 2 checks, the first one equivalent to 25% of the total amount must be cashable immediately, and the second must be set to clear the rest of your payment 30 days before your arrival.
- For the reservation requests received under 30 days in advance, the full payment must be included with the returned contract.
- Clients from outside Canada can make their payments by bank wire transfer. Information upon request.
We recommend to reserve early if you want to stay during the Holidays, during the summer vacation, during Autumn's colors or while school's out.
