Three floors: the first floor, ground floor and garden level.

• Since the villa is on a slope, the entrance is located on the ground floor and you walk down to the garden level and up to the first floor.
• The difference in level allows for windows on three floors overlooking the river.

There is one room per floor.

• The main room occupies the entire first floor.
• It houses a queen bed, a desk, a small living room and a bathroom with shower.
• It has a vaulted ceiling and hardwood floors.
• The rooms on the ground floor and garden level are situated one above the other, in the eastern corner of the house.
• The room on the ground floor has a queen bed and the room on the garden level has two twin beds.
• The bathroom (bath and shower) is located on the ground floor, at the foot of the stairs leading to the garden level and a bathroom (shower) on the garden level.
• Wall-to-wall carpeting covers the floor of both these rooms.

The dining room and living room face the river and are part of an open floor plan. Hardwood floors cover these rooms. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, a television and a compact hi-fi system. These rooms lead to a wood patio overlooking the river. The kitchen, which opens up on the dining room, is fully equipped. Four season windowed gazebo equipped with window screens, located on the western corner, is easily accessible from the dining room. Enjoy outdoor dining or relaxation.

• Each room has a small work desk and modem connection for giving laptop computers Internet access.

• The house was designed and equipped to lodge up to six people (adults or children).
